Alpaca Superlight is an extremely fine spun alpaca yarn, one of the so called super-lightweight zephyr yarns. Ladies size S, long sleeves, calls for only approx 200 g! Garments made of Alpaca Superlight are unfeelingly airy, with a beautiful soft halo reminiscent of superkid mohair. This yarn has a classic design, which is the same for all brushed yarns: the fluff of brushed alpaca is twisted with a strand of nylon to make the yarn strong and long-lasting. Alpaca Superlight is suitable for any hand knitting patterns including light coats, cardigans, sweaters, and accessories. Thinnest stitches result in cozy pieces of clothing for a long term wear.
