100% Soy Silk ribbon (width - 4.5 mm) is not only exceptionally soft and eco-friendly hand knitting yarn, but it is also beautifully and naturally "dyed" in Cream (Champagne) colour. The hand painted shades are juicy and extremely attractive as well. As you know, other than having cashmere-like handle, this yarn is naturally and permanently bacteria resistant, similarly to bamboo fiber. Soybean silk has also an excellent colour fastness. Known facts: A specific procedure refines the protein of the soya bean. When wet spun, soy proteins turn into extremely soft and light fiber, which resembles silk.
