Malabrigo Mecha is a beautiful, premium quality kettle-dyed superwash Merino wool in chunky weight. It is a softspun single-ply, ultra soft yarn suitable for all kinds of hand-knitting projects, including baby clothing and scarves.
FYI The superwash process was developed in United Kingdom. This method, making woolen garments machine washable and dryable, combines chlorination and resin treatment to reduce shrinkage, remaining the natural softness and resilience of wool.
