Lang Astra is a fancy lamé yarn for combined knitting. It creates a unique texture by adding sparks of silver or gold to your projects. Astra works best when combined with a lace-weight or fingering silky mohair yarn or any other fingering weight wool. It adds a refined accent to a garment when used on a ribbed border or edging. Despite a rough appearance, it is superbly soft. The structure of this yarn resembles petals of wild aster flowers.

FIBRE: 60% Metallic Polyester, 40% Nylon 
Garment Care: Hand wash with fine wool detergent in lukewarm water, lay flat to dry, avoiding exposure to direct sunlight.
