If you are a returning customer and participate in our Volume Discount Program (VDP), a VDP discount will be applied to the total of each of your purchase over $250.00 made at regular prices (before taxes). The amount of a discount is based on the total weight of ordered items and is applied as follows: For Ontario residents - 7.5%, Canada excluding Ontario - 7%, United States and International orders - 6.5%. For North American orders over $250.00, shipping is free, including packaging and handling. For International (outside of North America) purchases over $250.00, a discounted shipping rate from 5 to 10% of the value of your order might be charged (the rate depends on the weight of ordered items and a requested shipping method: Air or Surface).
For orders over $600.00 inclusive, a VDP discount of 4.5-7% applies to each order made at regular prices (before taxes) along with free shipping. The percent of the discount depends on the total weight and destination of your shipment. For International (outside of North America) purchases over $250, a discounted shipping rate from 5 to 10% of the value of your order might be charged (the rate depends on the weight of ordered items and a requested shipping method).
To request a VDP discount, please enter your membership number or make a note "VDP participant" in the field "Add instructions to seller" on the last checkout page at the time of each purchase over $250.00. VDP discounts are credited within a week.
Validity: Once you applied to the membership, your account is permanently active, and a VDP discount is credited for each order over $250.00 inclusive.

Please exchange for your convenience if necessary. 1.1 A VDP discount applies to orders made at regular prices and is calculated on the total value of your order before taxes and a charge for shipping. 1.2 A VDP discount does not apply if items purchased at the discounted prices are in your order eligible for the dicount, or can be discussed (you may receive a lower percent of a VDP discount). 1.3 Purchases less than $250.00, made between two subsequent orders over $250.00, do not count and cannot be compounded. 2.1 May not apply to International (outside of North America) orders. |
Appointed pick-ups are available for VDP Participants in our office in Vaughan (Major McKenzie & Jane, Norwood Plaza). Please book your appointment using a form Appointed Pick-ups or email/phone us your request. We will response within 24 hours to confirm your pick-up day.
Orders over $250 are shipped via Canada Post Priority parcel or FedEx (a physical address is required). For international purchases, an Air Parcel (7-15 business days) or cost-effective Canada Post surface parcels services are available (4-8 weeks, traced, insured, delivery confirmation), a full insurance coverage (up to $5) must be paid. Eastern Europe - a courier service only (MEEST.net).
A Volume Discount Program Form and a membership number will be mailed to you along with the initial order over $250, or they can be requested within 60 days from the initial date of the last order over $250 in your purchase history. Please use the VDP form for your records. To request a membership, renew your VDP Form, update your contact information, or send us an enquiry, please use the form below. * No purchase is required for renewal.
