1. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, Fees, Credit Note, Extra Payment

1. All orders are shipped if paid in full, and the payment has been cleared.
2. We do not hold orders with the not paid in full balance for more than four (4) business days from the initial purchase date. An order can be on hold from 2 to 4 business days depending on ordered items.
3. Refunds are issued for not paid in full orders and cancellations within two business days.
4. If an incorrect item is purchased, you must notify us within 24 hours.
5. Irene & Mr.Sheep Co. can not be held responsibe for incorrect contact information provided by a customer or any defects in activity of her/his email, phone, or other account(s).
6. A fixed fee of $2.50 is charged for cancellations of ready-to-ship orders, purchases with requested Expresspost and not paid in full, and is deducted from refunds issued for purchases of not-in-stock items unless a back order can be placed.
7. Payment for Express post must be provided within two (2) business days from the initial purchase date. Customer is solely responsible for issuing this payment on time. Otherwise, the refund is issued, a fixed fee of $2.50 is charged.
8. A fixed fee of $1.00 may be billed against a wrong request resulting in cancellation of a placed order.
9. No fee is credited unless a re-order is placed within 30 days from the initial refund date and shipping costs are paid in full.
10. No orders over 1 kg are shipped if an incorrect purchaser's email address and unconfirmed by PayPal shipping address are provided. A fixed fee of $2.50 is deducted from refunds issued for these orders.
11. If a fee was charged, your case will be closed and no fee reserved unless a re-order is placed within 10 days from the initial purchase date.
12. An extra payment for shipping: We may ask for an additional payment for shipping if your purchase over 230 gram must be sent outside of North America. An additional payment is required if you owe more than $5.00 inclusive.
13. Any returns must be pre-authorized by Irene & Mr.Sheep Co.
14. The return must be done within 30 days of the initial purchase date, at your expense.
15. No returns after 30 days of receipt, including returns for exchange.
16. Return for exchange: an amount of a clearance fee paid by our shop at the post office to clear the return, postage paid for the shipping of an exchange package and a re-packaging fee of $2.50 must be provided within four business days. Otherwise a full refund is issued, a clearance fee is deducted from the refund.
17. Returns for exchange of fashion accessories are accepted if the request for return has been made within 10 days from the initial date of delivery of your item .
18. No returns for International shipments over 1 kg.
19. No returns on printed materials (books, magazines, leaflets), specialty items, and final sale items, including returns for exchange.
20. No returns for orders paid by cheque, money order, or bank draft.
21. Notification of a shipping error must be made within 9 days of receipt. The exchange must be done within 30 days of the initial purchase date, at no cost to the purchaser.
22. A restocking fee of 15% and coverage of $5.00 for handling and packaging are billed against all returns not resulting from error on the part of Irene & Mr.Sheep. For returns over $250, a shipping charge paid by our shop and total amount of given discounts are deducted extra.
23. A restocking fee of 40% of the net value of your order, postage and insurance paid for the initial shipment (for orders over $250 only), signature option if paid, issued discount(s), and the amount paid by our shop to clear your return at the post office are deducted from the value of an unauthorized or unclaimed return.
24. For international returns, coverage for a clearance fee paid by our shop at the post office is deducted from the reimbursement.
25. No refund for a shipping charge.
26. No reimbursement on damaged items.
27. No restocking fee applies to returns for exchange if there are no damaged items in the return.
28. In case of an unclaimed package, the returned shipment can not be resent unless the amount of postage and insurance paid for the initial shipment (for orders over $250 only), coverage for a clearance fee, payment for shipping, full insurance coverage based on the value of the order (if required), and $5 for repackaging and a handling fee is not provided within two business days.
29. If required, a purchaser with a bad shipping history must provide full insurance coverage based on the value of the order within two business days, otherwise a full refund is issued.
30. No compensation is issued if an unclaimed package was lost. The purchaser is solely responsible for the claim of ordered goods at the post office within the time provided on the Notice of Delivery.
31. For cheque payments, we do not hold orders for more than 5 business days for Ontario Residents, 10 business days for other Canadian Residents, and 18 business days - for US residents (exceptions may apply depending on a state). Goods are shipped after the clearance of the cheque unless certified.
32. A credit note: In common, shipping charges are based on weight, size and destination of the package. In case if an overcharge for freight and insurance exceeds $1.25 ($2.50 for orders of Eucalan products), we credit the overcharged amount within a week.
    
33. No credit notes are issued for orders under $25.00 unless lightweight orders of printed materials (up to 100 g).
    
34. No credit notes are issued for orders of a magazine under $7.00 (do not apply to foldouts (leaflets).
    
35. No credit notes is issued if incorrect purchaser's contact information is provided.
    
36. Packaging & handling are free of charge.
37. A handling fee of $7.50 is charged for Xpresspost and FedEx items shipped after 5 p.m. EDT.
