Credit cards, PayPal: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Payments are processed online through PayPal's check-out system or can be sent from your PayPal account. Orders within Canada are subjects of 5% GST or HST when applicable (BC, NB, NS, NL HST is collected as follows: a federal rate of 5% is added online, the provincial portion is included in a charge for shipping. We issue a credit note if an overcharge for shipping & insurance exceeds $1.25CAD within a week. Packaging & handling are free of charge at our shop.* Taxation issues: Teas are tax-exempt, tea accessories are taxable. A shipping charge is taxable.

eCheck, Debit card: If PayPal rejects all of your credit cards, please use eCheck (bank chequing account, debit card) as a payment option. A PayPal account is required.

Note: The refusal of your credit card does not reflect your credit worthiness. PayPal's process for accepting cards is stringent and complicated. This process helps prevent the use of stolen and unauthorized cards. Since this process is very complex, it does occasionally affect valid cards. In case where a valid card fails PayPal's system checks, please try another credit card in the system.
In-store purchases and credit cards over the phone: We are working towards opening a storefront and would be glad to serve you at our business location in Toronto, which includes a knitting shop, a custom knitting and design studio, a tea shop, and our trade name store of natural winterwear and accessories. Cheques, money orders, bank drafts in Canadian Funds: Please email us your order or submit it in the form below. You will be sent an invoice by email within 24 hours. Print the invoice and mail it along with your cheque, money order, or bank draft payable to "Irene & Mr.Sheep Co." Please find our mailing address below. For faster service, please make sure that the date on your issued cheque is correct. Payments are deposited by our shop within 48 hours.
