Arcadia DK
by Cascade, made in Peru
|
Arcadia is not only a modern Greek province, but it is also Utopia, the imaginary idyllic paradise for herdsmen leading simple pastoral yet happy lives. In Greek mythology, Arcadia is "the virgin wilderness home of the god of the forest and his court of dryads, nymphs and other spirits of nature." Cascade Arcadia DK has a simple, cotton look, but is sophisticated in fiber content, therefore it is very soft like life in Arcadia.
* Pima Cotton is a fine, long staple cotton (premium grade cotton), originally derived by crossing American and Egyptian species. It is named for Pima County in Arizona.
